H.W. Stockley & Sons Ltd
Built on Experience. Trusted by Industry.
Welcome to H. W Stockley & sons Ltd, reconditioners, stockists and suppliers of chemical packaging, steels and plastic drums, IBCs, both new and reconditioned ranging from 10 litre plastic drums to 1000 Litre IBCs.
Trading for 55 years, Harry Stockley started the business with money he saved from working 3 jobs. In 1980 we became incorporated and have been trading full time ever since then. We remain a family run business, Harry sadly passed in 2011 at the ripe old age of 89 and the business was taken over by his sons, Les and Geoff took over the business with Les’s sons Jason, Nick and Peter all working here. Both Nick and Peter later went on their own ventures. In 2020 as covid hit, Geoff went in to retirement with ill health and very sadly passed away in 2023. Jason took over the day to day running of the business and Les went in to semi retirement. Jasons son, James joined the business in 2020 and in 2023, Jason became a director of the company and continues to run and expand the business. In 2025, we acquired the unit next door which has enabled us to stock more lines and in larger quantities.
We are a full licenced to take in your empty chemical packaging and refurbish or recycle them. We hold both a permit with the local authority for the site and a licence from the Environment agency. We have qualified, well trained and certified staff on site that hold WAMITAB qualifications to deal with your empty contaminated packaging.
